RRX Aerospace NbN Sputtering Research
NbN transforms into a superconductor at a temperature in
the order of 15 Kelvin.
While this is not nearly as high as some ceramic superconductors
it is considerably higher than any pure or alloyed metal. The reactive
sputtering parameters of NbN are tricky requiring X-Ray diffraction and
low temperature studies for characterization.
