Rutherford Research (RRX) is a contract research company based mainly in Western Canada, which offers professional services for research and development.

Notably RRX was started somewhat informally in 1987 by Dr. Rutherford then later officially incorporated in January of 1989, as a supportive division of RSL. While Alberta is well known for energy we are determined to diversify our economy in the long term.

RRX currently has three main industrial diversification focus areas other than policy: network, pharma and aerospace.

RRX Network focus area is novel opportunities for network research and development.

RRX Pharma focus area is next generation intelligent modeling and simulation for lead generation in the the discovery phase.

RRX Aerospace focus area is to develop expertise for the research, design and production of next generation aerospace components.
